1、Verify all inverters are online, verify the electric meter is online too.
2、Check communication address of meter, SDM Eastron must have 34, CHNT must have 36.
PS：Meter communication address must have values greater than 32. Having an address less than 32
means the meter has been mistakenly connected to Channel 1 of RS485, instead of channel 2.
3、Read register number 89, when SDM Eastron is used, the value must be 2, if CHNT is used, then
the value is to be 4. If incorrect values have been read, change register 89 to the correct values (2
for SDM, 4 for CHNT)
4、Read register 66，IF 0：Normal Ongrid Mode；1：Export limit ON；2: Parallel Storage Mode.
If the value is not 1, manually write register 66 to value 1.
5、Set corresponding export limit value through register 67, this register allows energy to be exported
to the grid by specifying the allowed export value in KW
6、 Check and update the software version to the latest version: (1) The shinemaster software version
is: 1.0.8.6; (2) The latest software version of the SPH3-6K TL BL-UP model is RBAA/RBBA060406; (3) The latest software version of the SPH4-10K TL3 BH-UP model is YBAA070612.
7、Common problems/register checks for SPH machines in the SEM parallel system:
(1) The value read from register 10000 is 1, which is the anti-backflow function enable
mode of the energy storage machine. If it is not 1, write 1 to register 306 and re-read the value
of 10000 (the value of register 10000 is incorrect and the battery may not discharge
normally);
(2) The value read from register 1056 is 2, which is the shinemaster mode of RS485. If it is not 2,
write 2 to register 1056 and re-read the value of 1056 (register 1056 If the value of register 1047 is
incorrect, the battery may not discharge normally);
(3) The value read from register 1047 is 0, which means SPH exits the aging mode. If it is not 0,
write 0 to register 1047 and read the value of 1047 again (if the value of register 1047 is incorrect,
the battery will not charge or discharge normally);
(4) The value read from register 1092 is 0/1, 1 means AC charging function is enabled, if it is not
1, the battery cannot be charged from other inverters or AC except the local PV; Note: Some
customers have special requirements for AC charging enablement, confirm clearly before deciding
whether to turn it on
