We encounter incorrectly set "Neutral line" parameter on MID and MOD inverters. This parameter does not need to be set, it is automatically set to "Disabled".
If you set this parameter differently, the inverter will exhibit poor asymmetry, may not detect batteries properly, or back-up may not function properly.
Check the settings as follows:
- In the OSS, after selecting the "Settings" icon [1], then select "Neutral line Enable" [2] from the pop-up menu and press "Read" [3].
- If the system returns the value of the parameter "Current value(Neutral line Enable): Disable" [4], the parameter is set correctly.
- If the parameter value is different, change the value of the "Neutral line Enable" parameter to "Disable" [5] and confirm the change with "Yes" [6].
