Starting in April 2026, Zendesk will implement new security measures concerning the submission of SolSol technical support requests via forms on the solsolhelp.zendesk.com portal.
The security measure applies to submitting requests on the portal without logging in, i.e., it only applies to users who are not logged in. After submitting a request via the form, a notification will be displayed (see below) and a message will be sent to the email address provided in the form, requesting confirmation of ownership of the email address by clicking on the link.

The request/ticket will be created in the system and handled by SolSol technical support only after confirmation of email ownership.
