After log to the web-helpdesk portal will be available user menu. One of the menu items is "Requests". If you choose this one, the request list will be open.
On the request page, you can change the display of the entered tickets. In addition to the tickets you have entered, you can also view the tickets you are tracking.
If your user account has the proper permissions, you can also view all of your organization's tickets (tickets entered by users who are assigned to your organization in our Zendesk system)

3. Creating a ticket / creating a request
First of all, we always recommend you to consult our web-helpdesk portal to see if you can find the required solution/answer to your query. From your text in the search field, the system will predict the most suitable articles on the portal automatically.
We try to keep the information up to date and complete so that you can find as many answers as possible without having to contact support. We will be happy to receive your comments and suggestions for additions and improvements.
You can submit a ticket to SolSol Technical Support via the "Submit Request" and web-helpdesk forms and then monitor/update its status.
- The type of request/ticket is determined mainly by selecting the correct form (Fault / Request / Inquiry).
- Each form contains mandatory fields that must be filled in correctly to submit a request. The aim is to provide maximum important input information from your side (you know best what you want to solve regarding which equipment etc.), which will be reflected in faster and more accurate sorting and solving of requests on our side.
- During the creation of the request, the system will "whisper" you according to the detection of keywords of your text, already described solution on our web-helpdesk portal, similar to the search field (see above). We believe that in many cases the request will not even be completed, as the solution will be found in this way on the Solsol web-helpdesk portal.
